Meet Dr. Robert Schmidt
Dr. Robert Schmidt has been caring for Atlanta smiles for more than 37 years. A graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry and one of the Southeast’s most credentialed general dentists, he built Atlanta Dental Center into a practice defined by trust, expertise, and genuinely comfortable care.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Emory University and earning his DDS from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1987, Dr. Schmidt returned to Atlanta with a clear vision: dentistry done with patience, precision, and heart. Nearly four decades later, that commitment drives every appointment. His breadth of expertise spans orthodontics, dental implants, full-mouth restoration, and the full scope of cosmetic care — meaning most patients never need a referral, and every treatment plan is built around the long view.
