“A beautiful swan dive led to hitting a sloped area of a pool and severely cracking my tooth. Over time, the trauma this tooth suffered deadened the tooth’s nerve and resulted in its extraction. I wore a temporary restoration while I tried to determine the best procedure to replace my tooth.
